Director of Communications (m/f), Dindigul in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu

Your tasks:
- As a member of the Communications team, the Director will work with teammates to generate online content that engages audience segments and leads to measurable action
- Work with Senior Director to create a press strategy and build organizational capacity for increased media relationsactivities
- Manage the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print collateral
- Serve as a key writer, working with Senior Director to continually hone and integrate meaningful messages into appropriately targeted communications
- Develop, implement, and evaluate an annual communications plan
- Manage electronic newsletter,serving as lead editor, writer, and process manager
- Work with outside vendors when appropriate
Your skills:
- Commitment to excellence and accuracy, with an ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to execute a complex plan in an entrepreneurial environment
- Proven track record in developing and leading comprehensive communications, media relations, marketing and online strategies, including experience managing social media outreach
- Must have strong time management skills and remain flexible in order to accommodate multiple projects simultaneously, many with tight deadlines
- Familiarity with interactive design, website management/maintenance and email marketing platforms
