COMMUNICATION-ENGLISH LANGUAGE TRAINER, Dindigul in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu

A Specialist Voice and Accent Trainer who has worked for International
processes, not someone who is merely a Voice Coach (no class room
training experience) or a Process Trainer.
Ideally, 2 years of relevant experience in V & A Training.
Excellent communication skills without any errors inGrammar & pronunciation.
Should have had training exp on accent neutralization, voice
modulation, English grammar, culture, customer service, call
monitoring.
Should be able to mentor people and should have leadership qualities.
Any certification in this area will be an added advantage. (But not mandatory)
Comfortable using Microsoft office (Powerpoint and Excel) for all reporting.
Responsible for TNI+TNA, Content Development, Training Calendar,
Planning and executing various training programs (NHT) and Grooming
Voice Coaches.
Responsible for developing and executing Behavioral Training
Programs-O.D Skills, Behavioral Radar & Young Leaders Development
Programme.
Managed Pan India Operations quality on parameters pertaining to
communication and soft skills.
Provide training in Interpersonal Skills, or people skills, they
include proficiencies such as communicationskills, conflict
resolution and negotiation, personal effectiveness, creative problem
solving, strategic thinking, team building, influencing skills and
selling skills, to name a few.
