Your tasks:
- Create, implement and lead all sales and training initiatives
- Develop relationships and communicate effectively with merchants
- Resolve interpersonal issues in partnership Human Resources
- Competitive shop to understand market and recruit effectively
- Implement and lead floor sets, inventory and all company initiatives
Your skills:
- Must have strong leadership skills and demonstrate a strong leadership background
- Must be results driven and flexible to change
- 3 years previous experience as a Assistant General Manager
- Advanced knowledge of POS System and basic computer skills
- A minimum of 1-5 year of retail experience as a General Manager
- Must have balanced strengths in operations, merchandising and personnel management
