Affiliate Manager (m/f), Dindigul in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu

Your tasks:
- Maintain a high-level of communication with publishers,recommend new campaigns for publishers and provide performance
- Provide Feedback to advertiser and optimization teams
- Monitor publisher activity, analyze performance, identify areasof improvement, and recommend ways to increasepublisher
- Train and mentor junior level team members on publisher marketing
- Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns
Your skills:
- Ability to effectively manage and build client relationships
- Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
- Self-starter, motivated and enjoys workingin a team environment
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- 2+ years internet advertising and online media buying experienceon a CPM, CPC and CPA basis with core responsibility for managing affiliate/partner relationships
